About
Each time we had all my relatives come down to Texas, we’d pull out these massive albums and I’d watch the older generation on both sides of my family reminisce about growing up in China, Hong Kong, Pakistan, and then immigrating to the Lone Star State.
As a bi-racial, second generation, third-culture kid, I always found representation of people like me lacking in pop culture, academia, and especially forms of picture. I wanted professional photography to be normalized in families like mine, and I hoped for beauty to be found often in normal activities like my dad making kabobs in our kitchen or my mom preparing the red envelopes for Chinese New Year.
Because people contain multitudes.
If you’re looking for someone to capture the moments that make your life what is or any style of portrait or family shoot then maybe it’s time we met!
P.S. I have the best Pomeranian in the world. His name is Lt. Dan and he often accompanies me to shoots upon request. He cares about your moments too!
